It all began as a dream and a plan on paper. It started with the introduction of the “Real Estate Maximum” concept in 1973 by the founders Dave and Gail Liniger, which revolutionized the real estate market. The idea was simple: attracting the best real estate agents by providing various competitive advantages all under the RE/MAX brand. Better commission plans for associates, a unique business model, an exclusive training system, and state-of-the-art technology helped RE/MAX take off. The idea has since proven highly successful and enabled us to evolve into an extensive international network of real estate professionals.
