Job Description

This role will be instrumental in producing quality events for RE/MAX affiliates and HQ staff and provide direction and support for meeting planners on the team. This position will focus on on-site supervision and facilitation of all events and conventions and conferences. Additionally this role will participate in on-site visits to future program sites to review the space and its ability to handle events.

Essential Functions:

Plans markets directs and executes RE/MAX LLC. Meetings events conventions and conferences.

Coordinates meeting logistics negotiates contracts print material signage andfood and beverage planning.

Coordinates budget planning cost projections and reconciliation of all invoices

Must be able to execute within deadlines and budgets

Ability to work independently and support collectively on a team

Travel required approximately 25%

Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors Degree or Equivalent experience

Years of Experience: 4-7 Years

Years of Management: No experience Needed

Preferred Licensing Certifications and Skills:

Experience planning corporate-level meetings and events or similar hospitality experiences

Certified Meeting Professional designation a plus

CVENT registration software 2-4 years required

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word Excel & PowerPoint) and Outlook

Hire Range/Rate:

$74000 - $85000

Actual compensation offered to candidate will be finalized at offer and may be above or below the posted range due to skill level experience industry specific knowledge education/certifications or geographic location. The offer rate represents one component of the RE/MAX Holdings total compensation package. Employees will also receive a number of benefits as listed below. Other compensation for this position may include bonus eligibility.
