Job Summary
Our client is seeking a strong Warehouse & Distribution Manager to oversee end to end inventory warehousing and logistics operations.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain optimal stock levels and ensure high inventory accuracy.
- Prevent stock losses shrinkage and product obsolescence.
- Improve inventory turnover and implement strong stock control measures.
- Oversee receiving storage picking loading and dispatch operations.
- Improve order processing speed accuracy and workflow efficiency.
- Optimize warehouse layout space utilization and material flow.
- Implement continuous process improvements to reduce handling time and cost.
- Ensure on time in full (OTIF) distribution of finished goods.
- Manage fleet and transport operations including route planning and scheduling.
- Control fuel usage transport costs and logistics expenses within approved budget.
- Manage warehousing and distribution budgets reducing cost per unit handled.
- Control overtime labour costs wastage and operational shrinkage.
- Maintain a safe warehouse environment and enforce SHEQ standards.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements.
- Reduce workplace accidents through proactive risk management.
- Lead and supervise warehouse and transport teams.
- Conduct training coaching and performance management.
- Monitor productivity enforce discipline and drive a high performance culture.
Key Skills:
- At least 3 years experience in warehousing logistics or distribution management.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to meet operational targets and deadlines.
- Highly disciplined with strong attention to detail.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
Qualifications:

Bachelor s Degree in Supply Chain Management Business Management or related field.
