Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Drive the full sales cycle (prospecting demos proposals closing deals). Consistently meet and exceed sales targets for Zoho solutions.
- Confidently position Zoho products against competitors.
- Work closely with the delivery team to ensure client satisfaction and upselling opportunities.
- Keep pipeline and client data updated in Zoho CRMno exceptions. Drive end-to-end sales cycle for Zoho products (lead generation qualification demos negotiation and closure).
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in Zoho CRM.
- Understand client business needs and recommend tailored Zoho solutions.
Requirements
Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
- 35 years of direct Tech Sales experience with Zoho or SaaS/CRM solutions - (any digital product or services)
- Hands-on knowledge of Zoho applications (CRM Books Desk Projects etc.).
- Demonstrated history of closing at least 20 number/value of deals per quarter (be ready to share examples).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skillsable to present and close at the C-suite level.
- Comfortable working with targets and accountability
- Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
Qualifications:
- Zoho certifications.
- Experience working with a Zoho Partner or reseller.
- Exposure to other SaaS ecosystems.
- Exposure to other SaaS/CRM/ERP solutions.
