As our Sales Officer your role is to drive revenue while building strong trust-based relationships with farmers and partners. You will execute sales strategies ensure product accessibility and represent Babban Gona in the communities we serve.


This role is central to our growth our reach and our ability to deliver value at scale.


You will:

  • Drive sales of products and services to clients and partners across assigned territories.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers ensuring trust and long-term engagement.

  • Identify new market opportunities and expand customer reach.

  • Educate farmers on product benefits and usage to ensure maximum value.

  • Track sales performance and provide regular reports and insights.

  • Gather market feedback to inform product improvement and business strategy.

  • Ensure excellent customer experience and timely resolution of issues.

Required Skills:

Bachelors degree in Environmental Science Occupational Health & Safety Engineering or related field. Minimum of 3 years experience in HSE roles preferably in agriculture manufacturing or field operations. Strong knowledge of Nigerian HSE laws regulations and industry best practices. Recognized HSE Certification. Excellent communication and training delivery skills. Ability to conduct thorough incident investigations and write clear actionable reports. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic understanding of HSE reporting tools. Fluent in English; Hausa language skills are an advantage. Willingness to travel to field locations as needed.
