Process Assistant, INFC Learning and Development

The processes at the FCs are largely manual involving large numbers of associates. One of the most critical roles is that of a Process Associates who mentor/guide the associates towards ensuring meeting the customer expectation by following our standard work practice keeping safety & quality in mind.

Job Deliverables:
1. Administrative management of associates
2. Job allocation to associates
3 Monitoring and mentoring of associates on productivity quality and safety.
4. Preparing and implementing training and development plans for associates

Key job responsibilities
1. Access Management : New hire login creation and permission management for new and existing resources
2. Shift Coverage : Support Provide shift-level coverage for training operations and administrative support
3. Training Progress Reporting : Track and report training progress across assigned sites

- 1 years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- 1 years of Microsoft Office (Word Excel and Outlook) experience
- high school diploma or equivalent
- High school or equivalent
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area including weekends nights and/or holidays
- Can lift up to 49 pounds stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours and be able to frequently push pull squat bend and reach
- Work 40 hours/week and overtime as required

- Are 21 years of age or older
