Job Summary
ADAS Function Development Lead - Kochi
Job Tpe: Permanent
Location: Kochi
Budget: 30 LPA
Experience: 8 Years
Required Qualifications
Technical Experience
8 years in ADAS/Autonomous Driving development with hands-on experience in at least two of the following domains:
o Camera/LiDAR/Radar perception
o Sensor fusion and localization
o Trajectory planning and control
o Embedded systems and real-time software
Strong proficiency in C Python ROS and modern automotive frameworks.
Experience with automotive ECUs AUTOSAR (Classic/Adaptive) and embedded Linux/QNX.
Familiarity with CAN CAN-FD diagnostics and vehicle integration. Testing & Validation
Skills
Hands-on experience with:
o Simulation platforms (CARLA dSPACE IPG Carmaker Vector tools)
o ADAS calibration and tuning
o Large-scale data analysis for performance validation Leadership & Delivery
Proven track record leading feature development or engineering teams.
Ability to translate functional requirements into technical tasks and roadmaps.
Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Level 2/Level 3 ADAS programs.
Knowledge of machine learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow).
Exposure to cloud-based test automation data pipelines or MLOps.
Experience working with OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers.
