About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager with experience in SAP service sales to drive new business acquisition and revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in IT consulting/service sales especially across SAP solutions and should be comfortable handling global clients and end-to-end sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities

New Business Acquisition

Identify and acquire new clients across mid-market enterprise and global markets.

Drive sales for IT consulting and digital transformation services.

Manage the complete sales lifecycle including lead generation client discovery and qualification proposal creation pricing and negotiation and deal closure.

Pipeline & Account Management

Build and maintain a strong qualified sales pipeline.

Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to design suitable client solutions.

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.

Ensure smooth handover from sales to delivery teams.

Client & Market Engagement

Build strong relationships with CXOs and decision-makers.

Participate in networking events conferences and virtual meetings.

Track industry trends competitor activities and market positioning.

Required Skills & Experience

35 years of experience in IT service sales for India and US markets.

Proven experience in SAP service selling.

Strong understanding of solution-based selling.

Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.

Experience in pricing proposal writing and deal closure.

Ability to articulate business value ROI and customer outcomes.

Strong ownership mindset with high energy and resilience.

Comfortable working closely with leadership and founders.

Preferred Background

Candidates with prior experience in selling IT consulting services related to Cloud AI/GenAI Data Engineering Digital Engineering or Managed Services will be preferred
