Smart Ship Hub is a leading innovator in smart shipping solutions building advanced platforms and products that empower businesses to optimize logistics remote monitoring and AI-driven decision-making. We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to drive the roadmap and execution of our flagship products including SSH Remote Dashboard VPM VRS and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and develop product roadmaps for multiple SmartShipHub products.
- Translate business needs into clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and feature roadmaps.
- Develop prototypes as applicable for product roadmap items
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product Owners Project Management and Engineering teams to groom requirements oversee feature development conduct UAT testing and ensure successful market releases.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create high-fidelity UI screens workflows and prototypes using tools like Figma.
- Partner with UI/UX teams to conduct A/B testing and optimize user experiences.
- Innovation & AI Integration
- Define and deliver AI-ML features leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as LLMs RAG Agentic AI MCP and other emerging frameworks.
- Work on Market Research and New Emerging technologies
- Work on developing Product IP (Intellectual Property) pipeline
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Interact with existing/potential customers & partners to define product roadmap
- Present product strategies updates and outcomes to stakeholders with excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
- Plan and conduct Alpha and Beta trials / demos with the customers
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–8 years of proven experience in Product Management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Experience working on B2B platforms and Mobile Applications Android iOS.
- Hands-on experience with UI/UX collaboration tools (e.g. Figma).
- Demonstrated ability to define and deliver AI-driven product features.
