Role Overview

Smart Ship Hub is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical acumen proven project management expertise and experience managing cross-functional teams across web mobile and cloud-based platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead planning execution and delivery of multiple concurrent technical projects.

- Define project scope timelines milestones and resource allocation using tools like MS Project and Gantt charts.

- Drive Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning Backlog Grooming Daily Stand-ups Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.

- Manage feature releases production deployments and hotfix/patch releases.

- Track progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.

- Collaborate with engineering QA DevOps and product teams to ensure timely delivery.

- Ensure adherence to quality standards SDLC process and best practices.

- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and leadership.

- Manage dependencies across teams and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10 years of experience in Technical Project Management.

- Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Hands-on experience with MS Project Gantt charts and project planning tools.

- Experience with tools such as Zoho JIRA Azure DevOps for sprint and release management.

- Experience managing releases including feature rollouts and hotfix deployments.

- Strong understanding of SDLC and CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience managing projects involving TypeScript Java PostgreSQL and MySQL etc. technologies.

- Experience managing mobile app projects (Flutter Android & iOS).

- Cloud experience with GCP AWS MS Azure platforms.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Experience in risk management and issue resolution.

Preferred Qualifications

- PMP / PRINCE2 / Scrum Master certification.

- Experience in logistics shipping or supply chain domain.

- Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker Kubernetes).

- Exposure to DevOps tools and monitoring systems.
