Role: Artist Manager
Role Overview
We are looking for an Artist Manager to handle end-to-end talent management bookings and growth. This role focuses on building artist careers driving monetization and managing relationships across live events and brand partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage artist bookings schedules and overall coordination
- Drive revenue through live shows brand deals and collaborations
- Build relationships with brands promoters venues and partners
- Negotiate contracts commercials and performance agreements
- Plan and execute career growth strategies for artists
- Coordinate with marketing/PR teams for visibility and branding
- Identify opportunities across events tours and digital platforms
Must-Have Skills
- Experience in artist/talent management or live events
- Strong industry network and relationship management
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Understanding of artist branding and monetization
- Ability to manage multiple artists and fast-paced operations
Requirements
- 2–7 years in artist management talent management or live events
- Experience handling bookings contracts and partnerships
- Hands-on execution-driven approach
Salary offered: 50k to 1.5Lakhs per month
