Role: Sponsorship Sales Manager (Live Events)
Role Overview
We are looking for a Sponsorship Sales Manager to drive brand partnerships and revenue for live events and experiential properties. This role involves identifying sponsors closing deals and executing high-value brand collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sponsorship sales and revenue for events and IPs
- Identify and onboard brands sponsors and partners
- Pitch and close integrated brand deals and collaborations
- Build strong relationships with marketing agencies and brand teams
- Develop customized sponsorship proposals and decks
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of deliverables
- Track market trends and identify new partnership opportunities
Must-Have Skills
- Strong sales and business development experience in events/media
- Proven ability in sponsorship sales and brand partnerships
- Excellent pitching negotiation and closing skills
- Strong industry network (brands/agencies)
- Target-driven with a revenue-focused mindset
Requirements
- 3–8 years in sponsorship sales brand partnerships or media sales
- Experience in live events entertainment or experiential marketing
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
Salary offered: 50k to 1.5lakhs per month
