Job Summary
The Techno-Commercial Manager oversees the technical and commercial aspects of multidisciplinary projects in Electrical Mechanical Civil Structural Pipeline and Shipbuilding sectors. This role demands expertise in tendering PQC documentation cost estimation budgeting contract management and financial control to deliver cost-effective solutions ensure client satisfaction and drive profitable project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end tendering processes including opportunity identification evaluation and submission.
- Prepare and review Pre-Qualification Criteria (PQC) documents for full compliance with client requirements.
- Analyze tender drawings technical specifications Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and scopes of work.
- Develop detailed cost estimates encompassing materials manpower equipment subcontracting and overheads.
- Create competitive profitable tender quotations with comprehensive cost breakdowns.
- Lead commercial negotiations with clients consultants vendors and subcontractors.
- Prepare and track project budgets cash flow forecasts and cost reports.
- Implement cost control measures and value engineering during project execution.
- Collaborate with engineering procurement and project teams to align commercial strategies.
- Handle variation claims contractual correspondence and dispute resolution.
- Manage invoicing revenue recognition and payment follow-ups.
- Identify commercial risks and execute mitigation strategies.
- Provide management with financial analysis and profitability reports.
