Job Description: Project Manager – SaaS Implementations

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementation projects for our SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving successful project delivery ensuring smooth customer onboarding managing cross-functional collaboration and aligning project outcomes with business goals. This role requires strong stakeholder management problem-solving ability and expertise in Agile project execution.

Job Overview

As a Project Manager you will oversee implementation projects from initiation to completion ensuring timely delivery high-quality execution and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with internal teams customers and external partners to coordinate resources mitigate risks and achieve successful deployments.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Delivery

• Define project scope objectives timelines deliverables and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Develop detailed project plans and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

• Track milestones dependencies and overall progress throughout the project lifecycle.

Customer Implementation & Onboarding

• Lead SaaS product implementation projects for customers ensuring seamless onboarding and adoption.

• Coordinate implementation activities data migration integrations testing and go-live readiness.

• Provide training documentation and best practices to customers during and after deployment.

Stakeholder & Client Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers internal teams and third-party vendors.

• Manage expectations communicate project updates and handle escalations effectively.

• Build strong customer relationships to ensure long-term success and satisfaction.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Engineering Product Sales Support and Customer Success teams.

• Align priorities manage resources and resolve interdepartmental dependencies.

• Ensure clear communication across all project stakeholders.

Agile Project Management

• Manage projects using Agile Scrum or hybrid methodologies.

• Facilitate sprint planning daily stand-ups retrospectives and project reviews.

• Promote continuous improvement in delivery processes.

Risk Budget & Performance Management

• Identify project risks issues and bottlenecks; develop mitigation plans proactively.

• Monitor budgets resource utilization and project costs.

• Use tools such as Jira Asana Trello or Confluence to track performance and reporting.

Process Improvement

• Enhance project management frameworks templates and best practices for scalability and efficiency.

• Drive operational improvements to optimize implementation success rates.

Required Qualifications

• 6 to 8 years of experience in Project Management preferably in SaaS software implementation or cloud environments.

• Strong understanding of SaaS platforms cloud technologies (AWS Azure GCP) APIs and webhooks.

• Hands-on experience with Agile Scrum Waterfall or hybrid project methodologies.

• Excellent stakeholder management communication and leadership skills.

• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to solve challenges and drive successful outcomes.

• Experience using project management tools such as Jira Confluence Asana Trello or .

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management Business Administration IT or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP CSM PMI-ACP SAFe or equivalent project management certifications.

• Experience managing enterprise SaaS implementation projects.

• Familiarity with ITIL processes and DevOps practices.

• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
