Overview
The Relationship Manager for Gold Appraisal plays a critical role in fostering relationships with clients seeking gold appraisal services. This position is essential for enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring a smooth appraisal process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client needs providing expert advice on gold valuation and maintaining a strong partnership with clients throughout the appraisal lifecycle. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients seeking gold appraisal services.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients gold assets.
- Provide accurate and timely appraisals based on current market trends and gold prices.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and support for client inquiries.
- Educate clients about the appraisal process including documentation and requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the appraisal process.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client base.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on appraisal services to potential clients.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about competitor pricing and services.

- Facilitate the negotiation of appraisal fees and terms with clients.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Finance Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relationship management or sales.
- Strong understanding of gold markets and appraisal processes.
- Proficiency in customer service and relationship management tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance guidelines.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in negotiating contracts and agreements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and networking events.
- Certification in gold appraisal or related qualifications is a plus.
