We are currently seeking a dedicated and personable Client Relationship Representative to join our team in Tampa. This role focuses on building and maintaining long-term relationships with our clients ensuring their satisfaction and acting as a trusted liaison between the client and our internal teams.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Build and maintain strong long-lasting client relationships
Understand client needs and objectives to offer tailored solutions
Coordinate with internal departments to deliver client requirements
Track client account activity and communicate progress regularly
Resolve client issues promptly and professionally
Gather feedback to improve services and ensure client satisfaction
Prepare reports on account status and performance
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Communications Marketing or a related field
1-2 years of experience in client relations account management or customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
