Position Overview:
The Relationship Manager is responsible for acquisition retention and expansion of new and existing loan deposit and treasury relationships. This position provides exceptional customer service by taking ownership of the customer experience.
Other responsible include developing and executing relationship management plans for high value clients; effectively collaborating with client support and product teams as well as senior management.
What Youll Do:
Responsible for annual goals tied to loan and deposit volume cross-sales call planning/prospecting and fee income generation
Manage and grow existing customer relationships with businesses that generally have up to $5M inrevenue
Nurture and develop existing portfolio by assessing and meeting clients business and personal needs
Negotiate proper loan structure and effectively cross sell products
Maintain properly documented files and manage renewals and collection efforts on past dues and defaulted loans
Build and manage a professional network of COIs and referral sources
Maintain a stable network of prospective customers with a consistent approach to calling
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in finance business accounting or related field
Completion of formal credit training program preferred but not required
1-3 years credit and lending experience combined
Prior B2B small business banking or consultative outside sales experience in the financial services industry
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability establishing client relationships

Compensation:
The estimated salary range for this role is $75000-$110000 along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors such as a candidates qualifications skills and experience.
