THE OPPORTUNITIES
We are seeking futurefocused and innovative educators to lead the work of our Learning Futures Network. This team plays a vital role in driving the strategic development of learning across the College through:
Datainformed planning and evaluation
Leading the progression of key wholeschool learning priorities
Enhancing futureready teaching practices and environments
These roles are designed to build staff capacity and student engagement through visionary thinking crossdisciplinary collaboration and a commitment to innovation in practice.
We invite applications for the following Positions of Leadership:
1. Educational Data Specialist POL 3Drives wholeschool data literacy and supports strategic decisionmaking.
Collaborates with College leaders to analyse and apply student learning data.
Supports teacher capacity building and family engagement with learning analytics.
POL Allowance: $9629
Time Release: 12 periods per week
Leads development of integrated crossdisciplinary learning experiences.
Builds teacher capacity to deliver rich realworld learning aligned with IB MYP.
Cultivates external partnerships to extend learning beyond the classroom.
POL Allowance: $6326
Time Release: 8 periods per week
Researches and implements forwardthinking educational practices.
Designs virtual physical and blended learning opportunities.
Champions innovation through staff professional learning and external collaborations.
POL Allowance: $6326

ABOUT YOU
In addition to the responsibilities outlined in the position descriptions attached successful candidates will be able to demonstrate sound responses to the followingselection criteria:
Essential:
Tertiary qualifications in Education with evidence of continuous formal learning in a relevant field.
Accreditation to Teach in a Catholic School working towards attainment or preparedness tocommence working towards attainment.
Highly developed understanding of sustainable positive education practices.
Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to lead others.
Forward thinking and innovative.
Understanding of and commitment to positive education practices.
Desirable:
Experience managing projects and resources.
Understanding of Mercy traditions and capacity to positively advance the mission and Mercy values.
