Job Description

Description:

Drive revenue growth and lead our sales organisation as we pursue our growth targets. Youll build and execute our go-to-market strategy across multiple market segments including construction logistics and fleet management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategy and processes
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team
  • Own revenue targets and forecasting
  • Establish partnerships with industry associations and resellers
  • Develop pricing strategies and competitive positioning
  • Manage key enterprise accounts and complex sales cycles
  • Collaborate with marketing on lead generation and conversion
  • Represent GRS at industry events and conferences
  • Drive product-market fit feedback to development team
  • Establish sales enablement tools and training programs

Requirements:

  • 7 years B2B sales experience with 3 years in leadership roles
  • Proven track record of building and scaling sales teams
  • Experience selling to fleet managers logistics companies or automotive industry
  • Strong understanding of SaaS/recurring revenue business models
  • Experience with telematics GPS tracking or security solutions preferred
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Data-driven approach to sales management
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools
  • Bachelors degree in business or related field
