Experience in SDLC Agile Methodology and Technology Procurements
Strong communication skills with leadership at all levels
Ability to build rapport influence and resolve conflicts
Team player with focus on results and strategic thinking
Experience in Product Line planning and management
Understanding of VDOTs Organization Structure
