Job Description
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Client's friendly and professional team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to all stakeholders. This role requires a positive cando attitude the ability to take accoutabiluty as well as excellent communication skills.
What you will be doing:
- Answer incoming calls and correspondence and respond to customer queries in a professional manner
- Provide information about products and services
- Process orders forms and applications accurately
- Conduct data entry tasks efficiently
- Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone email or chat
- Analyse customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
Who we are looking for
- A friendly personable and approachable manne
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling customer inquiries
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy
- Excellent command of the english language
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers professionally
