Job Description

Position : Customer Support Manager
Schedule : Monday to Friday 10AM7PM EST
Holidays: TBD

Salary Range : up to USD 1600

The company is a rapidly growing ecommerce store selling home appliances and home goods in the United States and Canada; a startup/small team that is looking for someone that is willing to “wear many hats”. A remote first company with flexibility and growth opportunities.
The company helps home renovators and builders easily buy affordable luxury appliances online.


Responsibilities:
Managing existing offshore customer support agents such as scheduling and ensuring agents are performing
Analyzing performance and helping agents improve
Taking escalated calls for when first level of agents cannot solve the problem
Responding to customer inquiries via phone email and online chat in a timely and professional manner
Resolving customer complaints and issues quickly and effectively
Providing product and service information to customers and clients
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Proactively identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and satisfaction
Assisting with client onboarding and training
Collaborating with other team members to achieve organizational goals


Requirements:
At least 4 years of experience in a customer service role
Proficient with Gorgias or similar ticketing software like Zendesk and Salesforce
Problem solving skills to help resolve customer issues
Familiar with CRM software
Has work experience with customer service software
Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with difficult customers
Strong problemsolving skills
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
