We are looking for a Loss Control Officer to join our clients team.

Responsibilities:
- Conducts risk assessment morning & evening on the whole complex
- Oversees & coordinates the external security service providers to ensure they are compliant with the SLA
- Assists HODs in carrying out investigations for all cases involving employees
- Assists HR in finger-prints pre-vetting process and other security vettings
- Handles criminal-related cases and reports the cases to the ZRP on time
- Constantly monitoring the live videos that come in from the surveillance cameras and constantly playing playback
- Monitoring anyone acting suspiciously and alerting security staff or take action
- Ensures that CCTVs have backup systems and enough storage facilities
- Facilitates insurance claims and ensure that the funds are paid on time
- Recommends systems or processes to minimize losses
- Promotes security and risk control awareness i.e. crime prevention and awareness campaign
Key Skills:
- 3-4 years of experience as a Security officer/Loss Controller
- Experience with CCTV
- Prior FMCG experience
- Former police officer
Qualifications:
- Certificate in Security Management / Loss Prevention / Police Studies or equivalent
