- Ensure high availability reliability and scalability of network and server infrastructure.
- Oversee hardware lifecycle management including servers desktops laptops and peripherals.
- Monitor and optimize system performance using advanced diagnostic and monitoring tools.
- Implement and manage disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.
- Develop and enforce ICT security policies including endpoint protection firewalls and intrusion detection.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct regular security audits vulnerability assessments and risk mitigation planning.

- Configure and integrate new applications and services with existing systems to ensure seamless interoperability.
- Administer user accounts permissions and identity management systems (e.g. Active Directory Sage 200).
- Manage internet access connectivity and liaise with ISPs for service optimisation.
- Deploy and monitor antivirus endpoint protection and secure remote access solutions.
- Generate periodic performance incident and compliance reports for management review.
