This includes analysis of joins and resignations with a specific focus around retention system user support: Assist users by preparing reports retrieving data and making system changes through a support desk intake entry: Perform data entry and data update tasks including the creation of records individual and bulk update of cleaning: Undertake small and large projects to improve data quality consistency and structure of membership system records.
