Were looking for a proactive Project Administrator to play a key role in supporting our Urban Development team across the project lifecycle. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and forward-thinking consultancy where your work will directly contribute to the delivery of exciting long-term rewarding projects on the Sunshine Coast.
This will be a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.
What youll be doing:
- Provide administrative and project support to Project Managers and leaders
- Assist with bids tenders and proposals ensuring accurate documentation and compliance
- Support project controls including invoicing scheduling supplier engagement timesheets and reporting
- Maintain accurate records through our CRM system and ensure projects meet governance and quality requirements
- Build positive relationships with internal teams external clients and stakeholders
- Promote strong health safety and environmental practices across projects.
Qualifications :
- Experience in an administration role
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Intermediate MS Office skills (Word Excel PowerPoint & Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive professional and collaborative approach to your work
