Provide accurate and personalised advice to domestic prospective students across multiple channels including phone email live chat and SMS.
Support enquiry management and lead nurturing by resolving or triaging requests and capturing meaningful data within the CRM system.
Deliver tailored value based conversations to drive recruitment outcomes.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and consistent information and service delivery.
Participate in recruitment activities and events sharing frontline insights to continuously improve the prospective student experience.

Salary Range
The full time equivalent base salary will be HEW Level 5 range $79705 $89416 per annum 17% superannuation. The total FTE package will be in the range $93254 $104616 per annum.
