Job Summary

We are looking for a Brand Manager to create a strong and positive brand image that resonates with the target audience enhancing brand recognition loyalty and trust among consumers.

Responsibilities:
  • Brand Strategy Development - crafting and executing effective brand strategies that align with the companys overall goals and resonate with the target audience.
  • Market Research and Analysis -conducting market research to understand consumer behavior competitor landscape and emerging trends. Analyzing data to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative Vision Development - creativity and innovation to develop unique brand concepts and captivating campaigns that set the brand apart from competitors.
  • Brand Identity Management -ensuring consistency and coherence in brand representation across all touchpoints including visual elements tone of voice and brand messaging.
  • Leadership and Collaboration - leading cross-functional teams and collaborating effectively with other departments.
  • Consumer Insights- gathering and interpreting consumer insights to create marketing strategies that resonate with the target audience.
  • Digital Marketing Oversight-driving marketing on all suitable digital marketing platforms.
  • Brand Monitoring and Analysis- monitoring brand performance customer feedback and market trends to make real-time adjustments to brand strategies.
  • Budget Management- managing budgets effectively optimizing resources for maximum impact on brand campaigns.
  • Driving Innovation and Adaptability driving innovations that enhance the brands position.
Key Skills:
  • Proven experience as a Brand Manager or similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional creativity and a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
