Job Summary

Our client a leading fitness and wellness facility is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee daily operations support members and staff and ensure the smooth and efficient running of the facility. This is a hands-on role requiring excellent leadership organisational and customer service skills.

Salary and Benefits:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise staff and ensure high levels of customer service during your shift.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations including opening and closing procedures.
  • Handle member queries concerns and complaints professionally.
  • Maintain a clean safe and organised environment at all times.
  • Manage basic administrative tasks including cash-ups reporting and scheduling.
  • Monitor adherence to facility policies safety procedures and operational standards.
  • Support events promotions and member engagement initiatives.
  • Provide guidance training and motivation to team members.

  • Willingness to work shifts including weekends and public holidays.
