Job Summary

Our client is seeking a strategic and highly driven Brand & Marketing Lead to shape and grow our brand drive acquisition and influence commercial outcomes through data-led marketing. This role is responsible for brand strategy integrated campaigns growth marketing digital performance and event management ensuring every touchpoint delivers a consistent and compelling experience. You will lead a small team manage cross-functional partnerships and deliver measurable marketing impact across acquisition retention and engagement.

Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Marketing & Planning - Develop implement and review annual/quarterly marketing plans aligned to business goals. Manage marketing budgets spend efficiency and ROI reporting.
  • Growth Acquisition & Retention- Lead demand generation digital performance and lifecycle/retention campaigns.
  • Improve funnel conversions through A/B testing and continuous optimization.
  • Brand & Campaign Execution - Oversee integrated campaigns across digital ATL/BTL content and product marketing.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing assets and channels.
  • Event Coordination & Brand Activations -Plan and deliver brand events ensuring on-brand execution strong audience engagement and positive ROI.
  • Digital Marketing & Performance - Manage website/app optimization analytics and performance reporting. Identify and address conversion bottlenecks and deliver uplift targets.
  • Leadership & Stakeholder Management - Lead and mentor the marketing team (Brand Officers Events Digital & Analyst roles). Collaborate with Product Technology Sales Customer Support and external agencies.

  • Ability to use generative AI tools for content and optimization
  • Advantage: knowledge of financial services payments or fintech
  • Proven track record in leading marketing teams and driving strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing strategic marketing plans that support business growth.
  • Hands-on expertise in digital and performance marketing with measurable impact on acquisition and ROI.
  • Practical experience managing customer lifecycle initiatives retention strategies or experience improvement programs.
  • Effective at presenting to executive management i.e. C-Level
  • Professionalism personal integrity a high internal commitment to achieve success
  • The ability to build and maintain a vast network of stakeholders in the ecosystem
  • Experienced in managing teams agencies or cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality outputs.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or related fields
  • Certifications in Digital Marketing Analytics and or CIM/HubSpot/Google Ads
