Job Summary

We are looking for a Product Development Manager to lead the hands-on research design and feature development of our clients products.

Salary and Benefits:

Negotiable

Responsibilities:

Develop detailed product roadmaps create Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specifications Documents (FSDs).
Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept QA and user acceptance testing to deployment and post-launch management.
Identify and implement world-class product features drive product launches and manage third-party product integrations.
Ensure continual product improvement through testing data analysis and regular benchmarking against competitors.
Conduct data analysis to inform business cases perform competitive analysis and track product development performance.

Key Skills:

6-8 years in the tech/IT industry with experience in Business Analysis Product Management or Systems Design. Experience in e-commerce mobile products and African markets
A software engineering (programming) background is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Expertise in business analysis product management and project management.
Technical understanding of software development and systems design.
Wire-framing and prototype design experience is highly preferred.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and vendors.

Qualifications:

Degree in computer science engineering information technology or equivalent. A professional qualification is an added advantage.
