Device Analysis Capability Manager (fmdiv.)
Job Summary
- Ensure that Bosch products can be effectively analyzed across all stages (e.g. triage production 0km/0hrs and field complaints)
- Act as the main interface for internal and external stakeholders regarding analysis capabilities during development
- Take ownership from project kick-off through to Series Care (QGC5)
- Ensure that Warranty Analysis and Triage requirements are integrated into the development phase
- Collaborate closely with project teams customers and external partners
- Coordinate the timely development and quality of test equipment and analysis tools
- Escalate risks and issues related to deadlines or quality
- Own and maintain key artifacts (Analysis Handbook Analysis Concept external stakeholder requirements for Triage)
- Support project teams in preparation for Quality Gates related to analysis
- Ensure proper knowledge transfer to Series Care teams and Lead Analysis Area
Qualifications :
Education
- Masters degree (MSc) in Electronics Robotics Automation Engineering Systems Engineering or equivalent
Experience
- Proven experience in requirements management (HW/SW/System) with cross-functional and distributed stakeholders
- Experience in development environments with strong interaction between hardware and software
Know-how
- Good understanding of hardware and software test design as well as test and analysis methodologies
- Experience deriving testing concepts from customer requirements
- Solid understanding of Warranty Analysis and Triage processes
- Ability to coordinate complex technical dependencies and tools
Languages
- Very good English skills (written and spoken)
