Support Manufacturing Engineering activities in the production area through data collection problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing scrap improving process performance and supporting future product introductions.

• Collect structure and analyse production quality and scrap data.
• Support root cause investigations using structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects focused on process performance.
• Monitor key manufacturing KPIs including Scrap and FTQ.
• Support documentation updates according to IATF requirements.
• Assist Manufacturing Engineers in implementing and validating improvement actions.
• Prepare reports and present findings to cross-functional teams.
• Support problem-solving taskforces and improvement workshops.

• Degree or Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering Mechatronics or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in Excel; Power BI is a plus.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
