The Company is seeking to hire dedicated and result-oriented Business Development Executives (SMEs Market) who will serve as the key point of contact between the Company and its clients to drive sales and increase company s revenue for its SMEs market.
Job Summary: The role would be responsible for delivering on set targets within the SMEs market in Nigeria. S/he is expected to identify and create strategies and business plans for clients acquisition for SMEs, towards achieving sales/aiding the growth of the organization s market share.
The ideal candidate for this role should be adept at negotiating terms of sale with customers and demonstrate exceptional communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Development of yearly target/sales forecast to align with the corporate sales objective.
Development of the marketing mix strategies, towards achieving its set target.
Regular reporting on sales/marketing activities.
Onboarding of Enterprise Organizations.
Actively work on the achievement of its sales and marketing objectives in line with corporate business objective.
Deliver on sales strategies for its allocated industry/industries.
Manage the sales team to achieve sales and marketing objectives in line with corporate business objective.
Drives both sales and industry expansion
Delivers on sales strategies for different industries
Ensure ROI on all sales and marketing activities.
Ensure delightful and dependable relationship management with customers
Ensure retention of both old and new customers
Delivers customers/prospects proposals/requests in a timely manner
Regularly gathers intelligent reports on both customers and competitors activities
Bachelors degree in any relevant field of study. Post graduate degree is an added advantage
Relevant trainings, in sales and business development
Previous quantifiable experience in Technology/IT Product and Service sales in similar industry is preferred.
Certified Sales Professional (CSP) accreditation is an added advantage.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications as well as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
Strong negotiation, presentation and consultative sales skills.

Compensation: Guaranteed Base Pay is N2.1 million per annum + Sales Commission
