Job Description:

We are in need of an ambitious and energetic Estate Surveyor to join our dynamic team in Lekki Lagos State. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive property management and valuation services ensuring the highest standards of service to our clients.

Requirements


  • Education: HND/ Bachelor s/ Masters Degree in Estate Management Surveying or a related field.
  • Certification: Membership with the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) or any other recognized professional body.
  • Experience: Minimum of 25 years of experience in estate surveying property management or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proficiency in property management software and MS Office Suite.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Indepth knowledge of local property laws and regulations.
  • Attributes:
    • Detailoriented with a high degree of accuracy.
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
    • Proactive selfmotivated and customerfocused.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Property Valuation: Conduct valuations for a variety of purposes including sales acquisitions mortgages insurance and tax assessments.
  • Property Management: Manage residential commercial and industrial properties ensuring they are maintained tenanted and profitable.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze real estate market trends to advise on property investments and strategies.
  • Lease Negotiation: Facilitate lease agreements renewals and rent reviews ensuring favorable terms for clients.
  • Feasibility Studies: Prepare and present feasibility studies for new property developments and investments.
  • Consultancy Services: Provide expert advice on property development land use and investment opportunities.
  • Compliance: Ensure all property transactions comply with relevant laws regulations and best practices.
  • Client Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients providing exceptional service and addressing their needs effectively.

Job Responsibilities: Financial Oversight: Manage and oversee financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and budget tracking. Ensure adherence to accounting principles and company financial policies. Office Operations: Supervise and optimize office operations to enhance efficiency. Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies. Team Support: Provide administrative support to various departments and team members. Collaborate with HR in maintaining employee records, facilitating new hire onboarding, and managing office supplies inventory. Communication and Coordination: Serve as a liaison between management and employees, fostering open communication and efficient information flow. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives when necessary. Facility Management: Oversee office maintenance, including vendor management, ensuring a clean and safe working environment for all employees. Job Requirements: HND/ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience of 2 years plus as an Office Manager, Accounting Manager, or similar role. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial practices. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office Suite. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
