General Manager Supply Chain Projects

• Supports the CSCO with developing and implementing a comprehensive supply chain project management strategy aligned with the companys overall business objectives.
  
• Identify evaluate and prioritize potential supply chain improvement projects.
  
• Lead the project planning process including defining project scope timelines budgets resources and risks.
  
• Manage project teams ensuring effective communication collaboration and task execution.
  
• Develop and implement project plans including milestones deliverables and communication strategies.
  
• Monitor project progress identify and mitigate risks and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful project completion.
  
• Track and measure project performance against established metrics and KPIs.
  
• Manage project budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation.
  
• Communicate project progress and outcomes to senior management.
  
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in supply chain project management.
  
• Identify opportunities to leverage technology to improve project efficiency and effectiveness
  

Requirements

• A Bachelors degree in a related field a Master s Degree and/or an MBA.
  
• 10 years of experience in supply chain across Warehousing and Planning with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  
• Proven experience in SAP.
  
• Experience in leading and managing crossfunctional teams.
  
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
  
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  
• Strong communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  
• Experience working in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and project management software.
