Responsible for managing key client accounts driving sales and building strong lasting relationships with clients. This role involves both sales and account management functions. Plays a pivotal role in maintaining and growing Wakanow. HNI and Corporate client base generating revenue and ensuring high client satisfaction.
1. Client Relationship Management:
1. Develop and maintain strong longterm client relationships.
2. Understand clients needs objectives and challenges.
3. Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
4. Generate new leads of HNI and Corporates especially in the own organizations.
2. Sales and Revenue Generation:
1. Identify and pursue sales opportunities for new and existing HNI and Corporate accounts.
2. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
3. Present products or services effectively to clients.
4. Negotiate and close sales deals.
3. Account Planning:
1. Develop account plans and strategies to maximize client satisfaction and revenue.
2. Identify growth opportunities within accounts.
4. CrossSelling and Upselling:
1. Identify opportunities to crosssell or upsell Wakanow products or services.
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that target new and existing HNI and Corporate clients.
5. Account Documentation:
1. Maintain accurate and uptodate records of client interactions sales and account status.
2. Prepare weekly/monthly reports on account status and sales activity.
6. Client Support:
1. Address client inquiries concerns and requests promptly and professionally.
2. Ensure client satisfaction by providing excellent customer support.
7. Market Knowledge:
1. Stay updated on industry trends market conditions and competitors.
