We are a consulting company focused on providing purposeful Human Resources Solutions to our clients.
Targeting our expansion, we are searching for an experienced Business Development Consultant.
Tasks
- Understand Kvinne's business and our short-term and long-term goals
- Proactively generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities with focus on consulting projects (HR, Management, Strategy and/or Transformation)
- Proactively generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities with a focus on consulting projects (HR, Management, Strategy and/or Transformation)
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans
- Prepare the management reporting including KPIs and metrics
Requirements
- Fluent in Portuguese and English
- Eligible to work in Portugal
- Relevant experience as Business Developer, focused on Strategy, Management, and/or Transformation consulting in the Portuguese Market. Experience in other markets is a plus
- Experience in managing key accounts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
