Business Development Consultant

We are a consulting company focused on providing purposeful Human Resources Solutions to our clients.

Targeting our expansion, we are searching for an experienced Business Development Consultant.

Tasks

• Understand Kvinne's business and our short-term and long-term goals
• Proactively generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities with focus on consulting projects (HR, Management, Strategy and/or Transformation)
• Proactively generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities with a focus on consulting projects (HR, Management, Strategy and/or Transformation)
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans
• Prepare the management reporting including KPIs and metrics

Requirements

• Fluent in Portuguese and English
• Eligible to work in Portugal
• Relevant experience as Business Developer, focused on Strategy, Management, and/or Transformation consulting in the Portuguese Market. Experience in other markets is a plus
• Experience in managing key accounts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
