Tasks

Your responsibilities and impact as Digital Product Advisor will be:

• Back office activities regarding online orders
• Following up with packages orders etc.
• Supporting the customer service agents complex cases
• Reaching out to customers via phone/email in order to solve the issue/problem
• Guaranteeing clients satisfaction and a high level of quality

Requirements

• You have a native level of German
• You have a good level of English

• You are efficient and have good organizational skills

• You are willing to stay in the country for a mediumterm

• Type of contract: yearly or 6 months contract renewabel
• Working hours: full time (40h/week; 5 days /week) on rotating shifts (depending on the project)
• Salary conditions (*) 2 options:

1. Including free accommodation (shared flat all bills included): 950 1.000 gross/month (based on the level of experience)
2. Excluding accommodation: 1.300 1.400 gross/month (based on the level of experience) (*) paid training period
