Tasks

In your daytoday you will:

• Manage and optimize the Contract management/Back Office teams performance
• Manage and monitor workloads inventories and backlogs
• Ensure follow up of incoming client requests as well as contract management activities
• Support and drive project implementations within the renting/leasing department
• Act as a Specialist to support activities related to: Contract Administration Traffic Fines and Customer Service Desk

Requirements

Youre the person were looking for if:

• You have around 2 years of experience as a Coordinator or Team leader in financial services or in the insurance sector
• You have a native level of Portuguese and an advanced level of English (B2/C1)
• Youre able to motivate and encourage the team to achieve their goals
• Youre disciplined methodical dynamic and willing to face new challenges
• You can commute to the office in Oeiras (2x per week)
