Responsibilities:
- Lead the finance function and ensure robust financial management practices across the organisation.
- Provide actionable financial insights to Executive Management to support decision-making.
- Drive a cost-conscious performance-driven culture.
- Prepare and present monthly quarterly and annual financial reports including Board sub-committee and statutory reporting.
- Take full ownership of repairs and maintenance (R&M) costs.
- Work closely with Fleet Workshop Stores and SHEQ teams to ensure operational alignment.
- Analyse cost variances and implement corrective actions while maintaining operational uptime.
- Oversee spares and inventory management across all depots.
- Address negative variances and stock losses.
- Strengthen stores controls and accountability frameworks.
- Ensure accurate cost allocation to vehicles jobs and cost centres.
- Implement systems for daily margin tracking.
- Conduct profitability analysis across routes customers and fleet operations.
- Identify and mitigate risks of margin erosion early.
- Provide daily weekly and monthly performance dashboards.
- Manage liquidity in a high-volume operational environment.
