Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized professional and proactive Personal / Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to our clients Director.
Salary:
Negotiable
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the Directors calendar appointments meetings and deadlines.
  • Coordinate and organize local and international travel arrangements including flights accommodation transport visas and detailed itineraries.
  • Screen calls emails and correspondence responding where appropriate and escalating important matters.
  • Prepare reports presentations meeting agendas minutes and other business documents.
  • Coordinate meetings conferences and events on behalf of the Director.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal or external stakeholders.
  • Conduct research and compile information required for decision-making and business activities.
  • Maintain accurate records filing systems and confidential documentation.
  • Monitor and follow up on action items arising from meetings and business engagements.
  • Assist with personal errands and administrative matters as required.
  • Support the Director with project coordination and special assignments.
  • Ensure efficient office administration and workflow management.

  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration Office Management Secretarial Studies Marketing Communications or a related field.
