Country Finance Manager

Our client a well-established player in the automotive industry is seeking an experienced and strategic Country Finance Manager to lead and oversee all financial operations within the business. Main Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all financial operations of the business.
• Prepare accurate monthly quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Develop and manage budgets forecasts and cash flow projections.
• Ensure compliance with statutory tax and regulatory requirements.
• Provide financial analysis and strategic insights to support business growth.
• Oversee internal controls and risk management processes.
• Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors banks and regulatory authorities.
• Monitor financial performance and recommend initiatives to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Manage mentor and develop the finance team.
• Support senior leadership in business planning and decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualification such as CA ACCA CIMA CPA or equivalent.
• Minimum of 7 years experience in finance with at least 3 years in a senior finance management role.
• Experience within the automotive manufacturing distribution or related industry is highly advantageous.
• Proven experience in financial reporting budgeting compliance and team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of local financial regulations and accounting standards.
