What Youll Do
Customer Engagement & Support
- Handle incoming queries across email chat and phone with professionalism and care
- Guide customers through products purchases and general inquiries with clarity
- Create a welcoming and supportive experience in every interaction
Problem Solving & Case Management
- Address customer concerns complaints and requests with efficiency
- Take full responsibility for resolving issues from start to finish
- Escalate complex matters appropriately while maintaining a high service standard
Experience Enhancement
- Recognize recurring customer challenges and propose practical improvements
- Share feedback and insights to help refine customer experience strategies
- Keep accurate records of all communications within internal systems
Order & Service Assistance
- Support customers with order updates returns and exchanges
- Ensure all requests are processed accurately and promptly
- Act as a link between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Team Collaboration
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve service quality and processes
- Contribute to team discussions focused on customer satisfaction and retention
- Help foster a positive engaged remote work culture
About You
- Background in customer-facing roles such as support or service (at least 1 year preferred)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect clearly and confidently
- Solution-driven mindset with a genuine interest in helping others
- Comfortable working independently and managing priorities remotely
