As a Virtual Customer Service Representative at Measutronics you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients in the marine construction and dredging industry. Your role is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with our valued customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a timely and professional mannerProviding product information troubleshooting assistance and addressing any customer concerns
- Processing orders returns and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining customer records and updating databases with relevant information
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary
- Following up with customers to ensure their needs have been met satisfactorily
- Adhering to company policies and procedures while delivering high-quality customer service
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
- Adaptability and willingness to learn about marine construction and dredging operations
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role
- Experience working in a virtual or remote customer service position
- Knowledge of marine industry terminology and processes is a plus
