Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a professional and timely manner
- Assist customers with product information order status and issue resolution
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Update customer accounts and records accurately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
- Provide feedback to the team to improve customer experience
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or operations role
- Experience working in a virtual or remote setting
- Knowledge of CRM systems and ticketing platforms
