Job Responsibilities:
- Provide remote assistance to customers regarding Measutronics positioning guidance and underwater imaging solutions for marine construction and dredging operations
- Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues through phone email and online chat
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and support
- Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex customer problems
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with computer systems and software applications
- Customer-oriented attitude with a focus on providing exceptional service
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support role
- Experience in the marine industry or familiarity with marine construction operations is a plus
- Previous experience in a remote or virtual customer service position
