Job Description: Bilingual Spanish - Customer Service Representative at Compass Realty Inc
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone email and in person in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist customers with property-related questions concerns and issues
- Provide information about available properties rental agreements and leasing processes
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure excellent customer service at all times
Essential Qualifications:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism
- Proficiency in using customer service software databases and Microsoft Office applications
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Experience working with diverse customer populations
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $45000 - $55000 per year
