Job Responsibilities:
- Provide remote technical support to customers using Measutronics positioning guidance and underwater imaging solutions
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving customer issues related to marine construction and dredging operations
- Collaborate with the technical team to address complex customer inquiries
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and support
- Document all customer interactions and solutions in the companys system
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
- Understanding of marine technology and equipment is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
Desired Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support role
- Experience in the marine industry is preferred
- Familiarity with positioning and guidance systems is a bonus
