Job Description: Remote Service Center Representative at Measutronics

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote technical support to customers using Measutronics positioning guidance and underwater imaging solutions
  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving customer issues related to marine construction and dredging operations
  • Collaborate with the technical team to address complex customer inquiries
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and support
  • Document all customer interactions and solutions in the companys system

Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
  • Understanding of marine technology and equipment is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support role
  • Experience in the marine industry is preferred
  • Familiarity with positioning and guidance systems is a bonus
